5K races have become the most popular road racing distance because they offer something for everyone. Completing the 3.1-mile distance is a great goal for novice runners and covering it with sustained speed is a challenge for more advanced runners.  This program is designed for those who have completed 5K Beginner Training or would like to advance their speed at the 5K distance.  Our next program kicks off with an informational meeting on  Monday, January 29th at 7pm at Fleet Feet High Point OR you may come to our Greensboro info meeting on Monday, January 22nd at 7pm at Fleet Feet High Point OR you may come to our Greensboro info meeting on Wednesday, January 24th at 7 pm at Fleet Feet Greensboro

Our Advanced 5K Training Program is for experienced runners who have made the transition from completing to competing and who have been following a structured training program for at least one year.

All No Boundaries participants will receive:

  • A professionally designed, 12-week training program, including daily workouts.
  • 2 weekly coached group workouts.  Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm at Fleet Feet Greensboro and Fleet Feet High Point.
  • Coaches and pace groups (walk/run, and run) at each coached group workout.  
  • Weekly communications and support from our dedicated coaching staff.
  • Seminars and clinics on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, how to dress in the ever-changing Triad weather, and cross-training.
  • Affiliation with our extensive team of community partners, health professionals, and service providers who offer benefits to all No Boundaries team members.
  • Race day support and post-party.
  • Discounts at Fleet Feet Sports during the training period.
