These are often areas that runners are stiff and need help with. By adding yoga to your routine, you can develop strength and flexibility in these areas to help you run more efficiently and stay injury-free. But don't get too ambitious too quickly. As naturally competitive people, it's important to understand that you may not be a star pupil in your first class. Go at your own pace and let your body slowly work into positions over time.
