The Breakfast Club Saturday Morning Run Series: Once a month, Saturday mornings at 7:30am. See below for dates and locations.
Saturday Beginner Run: Saturday mornings at 10:00am at Gibson Park.
Tuesday & Thursday Morning Walking Group: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30am at the Greensboro Store. This group coined "Mom's Miles" is available to anyone looking for a walk. Strollers and pets are welcome to join!
Tuesday Yoga for Runners: Tuesdays 7:15pm at the Greensboro Store. Drop-ins are welcome. Click here for more information about our yoga classes.
Tuesday Pub Runs: Tuesdays 6:00pm at the High Point Store. Join us for a run and libations afterwards every Tuesday in High Point!
Tuesday @ NC A&T Track: 6:00pm. Join Carl, our fearless interval leader, at the A & T Track for a great workout! Park in the football/track stadium parking lot off of Lindsay Street.

Ride of Silence-Downtown Greensboro
We have been invited to participate as pedestrian advocates. While this won't be a trail run, we will run through downtown. More details to come.
