We offer training programs year-round!  Programs include:

No Boundaries Walk FIT: Are you a BEGINNER? Do you want to improve your health and fitness? Did you know that WALKING is a great exercise? We offer a safe, welcoming place for you to get fit, make friends, and have fun! No Boundaries 5K Beginner Training Program: Started in 2014, No Boundaries (or as we call it, NOBO) is a 12-week beginner 5K running program.  The program includes a beginner 5K training plan for those graduates of their first No Boundaries program.  NOBO is offered three times a year at each location.  Learn more about No Boundaries Beginner Training

Funner Runners Personalized Group Training Program:  As the name implies, everything is FUNNER as a High Point RUNNER.  Coach Stevven can get you on track to achieve your personal running goals at all distances.  This program offers a personalized training program and group runs offered on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Learn more about Funner Runners

Streakers Personalized Group Training Program:  What distance are you looking to conquer?  Coach Jen offers a unique personalized training plan for each participant of Streakers.  This program offer a group run on Mondays and speed work on Thursdays. Learn more about Streakers

FIT4MOM Run Club:  "Is it safe to run while I'm pregnant?"  "Can I run after I've had a baby?"  "I want to jog but I have a new baby and I don't know where to start!"  If these sound like familiar questions, we have the answers for you at FIT4MOM's Run Club!  We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group, offering information, motivation, and specially designed training programs for running moms at any fitness level.  Learn more about FIT4MOM Run Club
