Our Classes are cross-training workouts designed with the specific needs of the endurance athlete in mind. Focusing on common areas of muscle imbalance and weakness, our classes use movement to boost performance, improve coordination, reduce the risk of injury, and, just as importantly, maximize the return on investment of training time. Classes are held at our Greensboro and High Point locations.
Yoga | yoga for runners designed to strengthen and loosen those tight muscles that runners get
Runner's Bootcamp | work on strength exercises, which will increase muscle while also helping to decrease your risk of injury and strain of your ligaments and joints.
Wednesdays from 7:15pm - 8:15pm at Fleet Feet Greensboro
Sundays from 10:30am - 11:30am at Fleet Feet Greensboro
$60 per session for one day per week or $100 for both days. $10 drop in fee.

Stretch-n-Roll Fundamentals for Runners | help runners have a clear understanding of injury prevention techniques.
Kids Classes | Crazy Running is a fantastic kids running program for kids ages 5-14. Training is offered throughout the year, is coordinated by local running legend Robyn Holland, and is facilitated through the help of well trained assistant coaches that have significant experience in running and in working with children.
