"Is it safe to run while I'm pregnant?" "Can I run after I've had a baby?" "I want to jog but I have a new baby and I don't know where to start!" If these sound like familiar questions, we have the answers for you at FIT4MOM's Run Club! We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group, offering information, motivation, and specially designed training programs for running moms at any fitness level. In addition to learning about the fundamentals of running, we'll focus our discussions on nutrition for nursing moms, safe stretching techniques, proper gear fit after pregnancy and childbirth, and so much more. Our certified run coach will be with you every step of the way.

FIT4MOM RUN CLUB

Start Date: May 19 - July 25
We will hold training runs on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm (meet at Fleet Feet Greensboro), and on Saturday mornings at 8:30am (locations will vary) with OPTIONAL Monday distance runs (time/distance/route determined by Tara & posted on fb via RunGo - this run will not have a coach present).
All levels welcome. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a training program that is tailored to your current fitness and training goals. We provide accountability, goal-setting strategies, and above all, a supportive and welcoming mama-running community! We will train for a specific race at the completion of the training program. Participation in the race is highly encouraged but not required.
You can also now add Yoga for Runners to your registration for the duration of your training program. Our yoga classes are held at both stores on Tuesday evenings from 7:15pm - 8:15pm. It is a great cross training activity specifically designed for walkers and runners. Yoga is being offered at the special price of $70 to our FIT4MOM Run Club program participants.
Come and get fit for shoes and a sports bra by one of our fit specialists before the program begins to ensure you are ready to go the first night.MORE INFORMATION:
