"Is it safe to run while I'm pregnant?" "Can I run after I've had a baby?" "I want to jog but I have a new baby and I don't know where to start!" If these sound like familiar questions, we have the answers for you at FIT4MOM's Run Club! We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group, offering information, motivation, and specially designed training programs for running moms at any fitness level. In addition to learning about the fundamentals of running, we'll focus our discussions on nutrition for nursing moms, safe stretching techniques, proper gear fit after pregnancy and childbirth, and so much more. Our certified run coach will be with you every step of the way.
- Personalized for Moms. Strollers welcome at all of our runs. Weekly Wednesdays runs will focus on various running mom/running women discussions including nutrition, clothing, breastfeeding, running and more.
- Experienced, professional head coaching. FIT4MOM run coaches are certified and fully insured fitness trainers
- Our community is vast. We have a support system in place to help you along the way and keep you going.
- Two weekly group workouts. Groups runs are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

8 week training program for Hit the Brixx
(10k or 5k) - Oct 28th
8 week session is $99
13 week session is $149
We will hold beginner training runs (walk/run program) on Monday evenings at 6pm
We will hold experienced training runs on Wednesday evenings at 6pm
Saturday morning runs will be for both groups combined (various locations)
Please select either Monday or Wednesday evening depending on your level.
