Individualized Training in Group Settings

Our multi-session Programs utilize Greensboro and High Point roads, tracks, and trails and dive into its pools and lakes. We have programs that fully prepare team members for life-changing events like their first 5K or a Half-Ironman™ distance triathlon. Other programs teach athletes applicable ways to maximize and enhance their training experience, such as how to safely enjoy trail running, increase speed, or introduce the latest exercise science data into their training.
