This class is designed to help runners have a clear understanding of injury prevention techniques. Individuals who are currently injured could also benefit from the knowledge given throughout the course of this 10 week program. This class is great for beginners and advanced runners. We will utilize foam rolling techniques, core exercises, balance disc, dynamic and static stretching and many other tools and techniques to help provide efficient and effective fundamentals for every runner. Class will be held at our Fleet Feet High Point location at 7:15pm-8:15pm.
