Triathlon Programs

Our triathlon programs are great for the beginner to intermediate triathlete looking to get their feet wet (no pun intended) over a new distance or improve their time and efficiency in all three disciplines.  Our calendars have been designed so participants can continually graduate onto a further distance.

Half-Ironman Triathlon Training

Coach: Karen Buxton
: July 1 -October 17, 2015 (16 weeks)
Group Trainings: Every Wednesday @6pm & every other Saturday @8am
Training Location: Varies depending on the day/workout
Cost: $250
Target Race: Beach to Battleship Half-Ironman on October 17

This program is great for graduates of the previous Olympic Triathlon Training or for the beginner to intermediate half-ironman.
